Try on at home
Can't decide on the perfect Camilyn Beth Gown for your upcoming occasion? Try on a few different designs with our 'try on at home' option!
We recommend this option if you are between sizes, colors or styles so that you can try them on at home, like you would in a fitting room.
HOW TO ORDER
When on the product of an item you would like to 'try on', simply select the size & color and click the 'try on at home' button for it to be added to your cart.
Not all items are available for 'try on at home'
HOW MANY ITEMS
We only allow 5 items maximum to be added to your cart as a try on at home.
The items sent a production items that are a part of our inventory & are not samples.
WHAT TO ORDER
We usually recommend ordering at least 2-3 dresses to try on.
All dresses/gowns that are shipped are production quality & not samples.
We do not include accessories as those are not in stock in all colors/sizes.
TRIAL PERIOD
Once the order is delivered, you will have 5 days to try the items on before shipping back. There will be a prepaid label to ship the items back with inside the package..
Transit times are not included in the 5 trial days that you will have.
COST
Try On at Home is complimentary.
During the order process, your card will be authorized for the full retail value of the dresses in your order. This is a temporary authorization & not an actual charge unless you choose to keep a dress. (will appear as a pending charge on your transaction statement)
SHIPPING
The order will arrive to you via UPS. You can ship the order back with the included prepaid USPS label that will be in the package.
If all items are received back we will close out the authorization & only the shipping amount will be charged to the card.
Please note: the Try-On at Home program is currently only available for U.S. orders.
AUTHORIZATIONS
At checkout, your card will be authorized for the full retail value of the dresses in your order.
This authorization will typically appear as a pending charge on your account. You are not being charged for the dresses at this time.
Once your Try On at Home order is complete, the pending authorization will simply update to reflect the amount owed for any dresses you keep, plus any applicable shipping fees. If all dresses are returned within the trial period, the authorization will be released & only your Try On at Home fee & any applicable shipping charges will remain. You will not see a separate refund, as the original pending authorization is adjusted rather than charged and refunded.
If your trial extends beyond seven days, the authorization will automatically reauthorize to remain valid.
